My HP Envy Photo 7858 keeps telling me to remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge. I did this and the error message will not go away. So I removed and reinstalled both cartridges, several times, and the error message will not go away and I CANNOT PRINT! What is going on here? Please HELP!
