Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Every file I attempt to send only prints a blank sheet. Status shows full cartridges that are genuine HP ink cartridges, there are no new updates to install on the printers firmware, there is paper in the printer that will feed, i have tried cleaning the cartridge as directed in the HP help forums, I have tried printing diagnostic pages from the printer internally with the same results as well. I have followed all steps within https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-envy-photo-6200-all-in-one-printer-series/9073045/document/c... and have yet to resolve the issue. There are no error codes or issues present at the time.
