I bought an open box HP Envy Photo 7858 from my neighbor. who did not know how to fix it. While trying to setup the printer onto my Wifi network, I became aware that the original Setup Ink Cartridges are initially needed by the printer, which were not in the box. This likely explains why my neighbor could not operate the printer. I've since learned that a bypass procedure is available. Can someone direct me to the procedure? Thank you.

Hi @DienGP ,
Welcome to HP Support Community!
HP Envy Photo 7858 - no setup cartridge
To bypass the message on the printer the only option left is to perform an OOBE reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
