IMO, I think HP intentionally makes it difficult to get a replacement of a faulty ink cartridge  because I can't seem to get the correct information OR  I am stuck on the phone in a loop and unable to talk to a real person. WHEN I finally did get to a real person after 20 minutes of a conversation, I am told that she cant help me because I am not using the Instant Ink program but they will SELL me a new ink cartridge!! ! WHAT a scam this is!

 

I had someone reply to my original request from two weeks ago with all the wrong information on how to get a replacement after researching for hours online and not able to find anything online as well!
