I need help please.  As the subject, I recently (Jun-2022) purchased the HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 printer.  I set up the printer without challenges at the time I purchased it and to be honest, I don't print that many documents, so, it sits idol a lot.   Literally, I've spent the past two weeks trying to get this printer to print black ink.  Yes, I've gone through all the self-help protocols and checks several times: test print, head cleaning/alignment, etc.  Earlier in this Forum, I noticed others had the same issues circa 2018/19.  I followed all the instructions given then by HP Support technician (Raj1788) and the related HP Support troubleshooting circulars referenced by Raj1788 without any success!!

Thanks for anyone's help.  I'm really frustrated to be honest.

As you have tried all possible steps and the issue still persists.

This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue.

And if the issue still persists, this could be a hardware issue and requires one on one interaction to fix the issue.

Thank you for your message and information on how to fix my printing problems.  Unfortunately, the issue with my printer not printing black continues after completing all the steps (except changing the printer heads)  in the HP document you sent.  To be fair, I've own this printer for just a few months and it has never acutely printed black ink properly.   Suggesting I purchase and install new print heads, intimates the print heads were defective at the time of purchase.  In that my printer is still under warranty, I'm seeking HP replace the print heads and or perform any other maintenance or repairs necessary.  I just seems fair because the printer hasn't worked since I bought it.

As mentioned in my original message, I live in Thailand and purchased the printer in Bangkok.  However, when I searched for an HP repair/support location near me, I wasn't able to locate a shop using the search tool.  It would be helpful if you could assist in any way.  Thanks.

I found an HP service company who fixed my print issue.  Thanks for your help and direction.  The English vs Thai translation wasn't all that clear, but I understand they had to change a part out or something like that.
