HP ALL IN ONE 5055
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have at least 50% ink which shows both in the computer and printer and yet nothing is being printed. I tried all things possible, cleaning cartridges, alignment, turning on and off device, the pc, removing and putting back cartridges. Last time, the same thing happened, and even though i still have 50 percent of ink, just putting new cartridges seems to work, but I'm wasting money and not using the total ink that is supposed to be.

Big mistake, I bought a HP printer before, and it broke down, bad on me to have bought another one just because it was cheaper. Any help much appreciated it pls.

Hi @EAED,

I'd like to help!

I understand you are facing a print quality issue.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps!
