i have worked through the standard trouble shooting guide to resolve the issue of a Cartridge Problem and the printer is now telling me to replace the cartridge (as the error message continues).  I will not be sent a replacement cartridge by the program until the issue is fixed! I am enrolled in HP Instant Ink but cannot see how I order a replacement cartridge to try to fix this error message.  Have been through several rounds with the virtual agent to no avail.
