When I went to check the status of my Instant Ink account I received the following message...
"

This invitation is no longer valid
Contact your printer administrator for a new invitation."

I've not installed any new cartridges or anything.  Why am I suddenly getting this message.  I'm unable to see my usage or anything on HP Instank ink.  Please help.

I had the same problem... are you by any chance using Safari on Mac? Try a different browser - it worked for me (DuckDuckGo on Mac in my case)

Thanks for the tip.  I'm using Chrome on Win11.  I switched over to MS Edge and it works without issues.  So I need to clear cookies/cache for HP on Chrome and see if that resolves the issue.
