Hello, can you please clarify the instant Ink plan with regard to the cost.

Does the plan cost shown, for example  £2.99 for 50 pages a month, cover both inks (my HP Envy Inspire 7900e printer takes a 303Black cartridge and a 303 Tri-Colour cartridge) or do you have to pay £2.99 for each ink cartridge?

Regards

Hi @ppeetteerr,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The HP Instant Ink plans are typically based on the number of pages you print rather than the specific cartridges you use. The cost is associated with the number of pages printed, and it covers both black and color ink usage. In your example, if you have a plan that costs £2.99 for 50 pages a month, it would cover both the 303 Black and 303 Tri-Colour cartridges for that allotted number of pages.

So, you would not have to pay £2.99 separately for each ink cartridge. The plan's cost is designed to encompass the total page count, regardless of whether those pages are printed in black or color. Keep in mind that different plans may have different page limits and costs, so it's essential to review the details of the specific plan you're considering to ensure it meets your printing needs.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
