HP LaserJet Pro M203dw Printer

This issue has occurred for the last couple toner cartridge replacements.  I actually don't recall if it ever worked to be honest.  When replacing the toner cartridge in the printer (HP LaserJet Pro M203dw) with a new HP toner cartridge, the "toner low" light is still lit on the printer and when printing from Windows 10, the popup shows indicating the printer is low on ink.

For some reason it appears the printer is not recognizing that there's a new toner cartridge.  Thankfully it still prints but it just complains all the time about low toner meaning you have to ignore it removing any usefulness of the warning 🙂

Any idea what would cause this or how to fix it?  I do make sure to rock the cartridge back and forth as shown on the sticker when I get a new cartridge to spread the toner around.
