I have an HP LaswerJet 4100n with the duplex adapter added.  Duplex printing work correctly with windows 7 Pro.  When going to Windows 10, this feature is not working now.  What can I do to be able to use this necessary function with my LaserJet 4100n.  This is a great printer and has worked for quite some time.  Thanks for any help that you can give.

It is possible that the duplex being present was not detected by the driver on install. On your PC, go to control panel>devices and printers and right click the icon for your printer and select printer properties from the drop down menu. Then go to device settings tab and scroll down to installable options and make sure that it shows as duplex unit installed. If it says uninstalled, click on the box and change to installed and test.
