My HP Laserjet P2015 just started printing with the ink smearing. From reading the forums, I take it it's either the toner cartridge or the fuser. Is this correct?
On normal paper, it appears to print ok but the ink does smear a little to the touch. However, if I print on a laser shipping label, it comes out completely smeared. I have been using this same shipping label for years with no problem but now it smears. I do use the manual feed tray for the labels.
I have attached a picture of the problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @4thDoctorWhoFan,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
2 Steps
- print a cleaning page, see HP LaserJet P2015 - User Guide, page -92
- print a Supplies Status (page -46) page and upload here
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Andreas

I went through the cleaning process and I still have the same problem with smearing when printing address labels. Again, I have never had a problem with these labels before and have been using them for years.
Attached is the Supplies Status page.
Thanks for your help.

The Supplies Status page looks good!
But

and because the problem persists, the toner should be reclaimed.
