Hi, im facing issue with this printer Supply Settings, which it is not reflecting the changes.
example, im setting lower 20% toner low supply, very low catridge - print black.
It doesnt seem to work on this printer.
My previous printer - this works!
Anyone experience this issue on this printer model ? Thanks.

I did not understand the issue you are facing. Is the printer not showing the correct ink levels?
Update the printer firmware
Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your PC.
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
Print a Supplies Status page
- On the printer control panel, swipe left, and then touch Setup
.
- Touch Reports.
- Touch Supplies Status.
If you get a message indicating the ink toner is low/empty, kindly replace the same to resume printing.

Thanks for your response and reply.
Basically, what im trying to achieve is to prevent color printing for my user.
Hence, im setting the low supply setting to a higher percentage (90%) instead of default (10%)
See the below screenshot.
and my current ink toner is accurate and current ink usage.
In my old model M280nw , by set this setting. all user will only print in Black although they attempt print color.
FYI, my this new printer - M282nw firmware has been updated to current available version: 20220411
Please advice. Thanks.

Let us try these steps and check if that helps:
- On the printer control panel, swipe left on the display, and then touch Setup.
- Touch System Setup.
- Touch Supply Settings and make the necessary changes as required.
