Trying to remove the toner cartridge out of our HP M506 printer, however the toner won’t release on the right side.

We have seen some cases where the static bar in front of the transfer roller gets bent out of shape and the cartridge hangs on it. Try lifting upwards as you attempt to remove. The other issue we have seen relates to NON-HP cartridges where the drive unit on the right side breaks and gets caught, binding the cartridge. In either case you are going to have to finesse the cartridge out of the printer.

Thank you very much.  As you mentioned with a little finesse I was able to eventually remove the toner.
