Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

Hi, I have a problem with my HP officeJet Pro7740 printer. I tried to replace the empty cartridge with the new and genuine 955XL cartridge that I buy from HP supplier. Unfortunately, my printer detected that the cartridge is empty and came out with an error message " Supply System Problem""There is a problem with the supply system, Try replacing the affected cartridge with a different, non-empty cartridge". Then I buy again a new cartridge and install but this time its effected the others cartridge. The printer detected its empty, but I've already check and its still full. I've already clean the copper plate at the cartridge and including the printhead but still shows the same error. Can you please assist and help me as I need to use my printer urgently.
