HP Office Jet Pro 8028
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, My Office Jet Pro 8028 is one year and 3 weeks old.  It has not worked correctly since day one.   I am a subscriber to HP Instant ink.  There were some issues with color ink cartridges shortly after I purchased the printer.  Since I did not have a need for color printing very often, I just live with the issues.   I replaced the bad cartridges as directed, and still have the issue:  The blue cartridge is not working.  I ran all the diagnostics :  "Print Quality Diagnostics Page" - No Cyan (blue).   "Printer Status Report" = No Cyan (blue).    I am now needing to print more color copies and I am at a stand still.    It is not working.   I have used up almost all of my HP Instant Ink cartridges and none work.  They are all full of ink but not working.   Another issue is the printer jams just about every other time I try to print.   It sucks multiple pages at a time, and ends up jamming.     After researching this on the internet, the CYAN issue seems to be a common known issue.    PLEASE HELP.   I need to print today.  Thank you.  Dominic
