Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried in WordPerfect, Word, Excel, etc.  The printer has ink in both black and color.  From the printer I can print the test page in color.  In Word and Word Perfect the box to print in color is checked.  I have updated both the printers software and the computers printer software.

 

Help the printer us useless to me.  I love the HP laser printer, but am disappointed in the officejets.
