I was printing some stuff 2 weeks ago with no issue. I tried to print something a couple of days ago and it started out printing the right colors but about about 5% into the printing process, everything started printing green. Since then, everything for the most part I tried was green. I've tried every single maintenance option in the printer settings multiple times as well as looked through other posts here and tried the instructions listed there as well. When I did the Print Quality Diagnostic it says ink levels are okay. Cyan is visible, mostly visible, but magenta is non existent. For the heck of it I tried print a picture of superman to do a test, cyan and yellow still visible, everything else is a mess. I would just get another cartridge  to test it out but since I pay for Instant Ink, I don't really want to purchase another cartridge. Does anyone have any tips that I may have missed? I attached the diagnostic and superman scan as well as what the superman pic should look like. I've also tried printing from my laptop as well as my phone and I've also tried to just make a copy of a colored image and nothing prints right.

What was the solution??? Having this same issue. New ink cartridges no magenta.

So despite the printer saying there was nothing wrong with the ink levels, once I got a new cartridge everything seemed to work fine.

Similar issue for me, but instead of not printing magenta, it's not printing green. Brand new XL63 just installed.
