I replaced a depleted ink cartridge with a genuine HP ink cartridge replacement and I get the error stating "the indicted cartridge is an older generation cartridge that does not work in your printer" Now I can't use my printer. Please help.
I have additional HP replacement cartridges, so are these all junk? I can not believe the company would make it's customers waste so much money. I need my printer for work and school.
