Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7720 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

Hello, I bought some compatible cartridges for the printer, but I get a non-HP chip message. I was able to find a support page for this and tried unplugging for a few minutes and replugging, but the problem persists. Can anyone help me? My firmware was updated to the latest. Using Mac OS 14.4.1. Thank you.

The Dynamic Security feature of recent firmware for the Officejet Pro 7720 series printers will not allow the use of non-HP chips.  You will need to contact your supplier for suitable replacement cartridges.
