My printer only prints in black and white. Even without a Mac. If I want to make a color copy, it only comes in black and white. Up until a few weeks ago, color prints still worked. Even color prints on my Windows notebook or mobile phone only print in black and white. Resetting the printer did not help. Not without electricity either

several users here in the forum have the same problem, but I can't find a solution

I have found the solution to the problem. One of the color cartridges was defective. I replaced them all, although the fill level was still half full and now the color prints are working again.
