I bought my HP 8600 Pro in Canada and then moved it to Pakistan in 2014. I used original HP z20 cartridges in 2015-2016. Now I ordered original z10 cartridges from Amazon Canada. On installing these I get a message, "cartridge not intended for use on this printer".

Welcome to HP Support Community!
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Keep me posted.
If this helps, please mark the public post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.
Cheers.

An honorable member specified following steps for Regional Reset.
1) Launch the printer software from the desktop icon or Or, from the Start menu, click Start, All Programs, HP, the Product Name, and then the Product Name again.
2) Double-click the Estimated Ink Levels icon in the printer software. The Estimated Ink Levels window opens.
3) Press and hold the CTRL and SHIFT keys, and then right-click anywhere in the Estimated Ink Levels window, except for a button. The Set New Region window opens.
4) If the Set New Region window fails to open, right-click to the right and left of the Estimated Ink Levels window.
I tried these but after step # 3, I get the screen that is displayed in the image attached here. If it is New Region Reset screen then which support personnel can provide me reset code.
I will greatly appreciate if a member can help me get out of my predicament.
