Hi Sandy Tech,

Good morning, I have another printer to region reset too, I'm from Seychelles one of my customers has brought the same printer HP Officejet Pro 8720 using HP 954 ink in my shop 3-4 years back at that time we have 5 or 10 of those printer in stock, which is using the HP 954 ink no longer available anymore according to my supplier in Dubai even in Singapore, my customers even went abroad to Dubai to try and  find it, but didn't they told her used HP 953 ink instead, so now I have a full set of ink HP 953 for region reset, iv send you the details!!!

You will need to Contact HP to request a "Regionalization Reset". There should not be any charge for this, it is covered as part of the cartridge warranty. You will need to have access to your computer and printer while on the line with HP. You will also need to have a set of cartridges for the new region, once the reset is complete cartridges from the original region will no longer work.  HP's web page on the subject is here.
