Product: P1102
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP P1102 printer and I got new original HP Toner after changing toner I tried to print test page it printed full black paper. I removed toner and inserted old toner It prints normally (only low quality because of the toner is old).

 

I make research on Internet and I see a nickel sensor issues. My Printer's sensor is also look like normal (both of the nickel things are outside not stucked inside).

This page does not help me.

How can I resolve this?

If one toner prints normally, and the other solid black the problem is in toner.
