Hello HP Support,

Please be advised if general office mode work in a long operation time such as printing over 120K+ page  ( compare with professional mode ). All the consumable parts ( such roller, printhead, duplex module) the operation time will become shorter?

Kindly provide the scheduled maintenance and servicing plan to us asap. regards.

Based on experience of our customers, the waste ink module will need to be replaced at around 80-100K pages, likely you will get a little more life if printing in General Office as there less ink used. Pickup roller in tray 2 is usually ready for replacement at 75K pages. These figures are real world experience with out clients, not published numbers from HP.

thanks Repairatrooper.

One more question, is it an in-scope warranty item that you mentioned waste ink module and pickup roller?
