HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

HP Photosmart C4780 is only printing in magenta and  light blue. The cartridge is not very old and is an XL cartridge with very little use for the cost.

I have done the usual cleaning processes associated with the printer, print quality is very good with no lines through the test page and the black text is very good.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
