I have a HP Photosmart Plus All-in-one Printer, B209A.  I recently changed the ink Cartridges and now the black won't show up.  There is a site ghosting of the printed page.  Help, what do I do???

 

I run Window 10 with the full suite of Microsoft Office products for work.
