Hi, Hoping someone can shed some light on this problem. My 7520 began having print quality issues, i.e. inks smears with the Black ink. Tried using the Clean Cartridges process a few times, the problem was even worse. Printer showed the following message:"Printer Failure: There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP." So, I removed the printhead. It was obvious that there was a significant amount of ink that had leaked out of the printhead. I cleaned the print head following a couple recommendations that I located on the Internet. It took a significant amount of time to get the printhead where it seemed clean. I reinstalled the printhead. I'm now still getting the same message as above. Has anyone experienced this issue before and if so any recommendations would be appreciated.
