Why does ANYONE do business with this awful company??? This is my 3rd - and last - HP wireless printer. I've had the same aggravating problem with each one: out of the blue, the printer goes offline, no reason given. The "troubleshooting" non-tool does a few things and says it can't help. Huh??? Go to the Settings, the printer is there, but there's no button to restore the wireless connection. One would THINK that a user could simply click a box to reconnect. But no, gotta restart the device. My son suggested that a laser printer would be far faster and more economical. Turns out he was right. So, I cancel my ink subscription. HP then tells me I can no longer use THE INK I PAID FOR!!!!!! What kind of stupid company does that???? What other product do I buy, pay for, and then can't use????!!!! Never HP for anything again, and I'll be damned sure to dissuade anyone who asks from buying ANY HP product.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
