I did not get any response to my request. I am an HP supporter now for 20 years and owned/ used only HP for my priting in the past. I bought this printer in Thailand. I bough replacement cartidges online since the store here on the island do not have any. These are original sealed cartridges. With this new "brilliant" move of locking the cartidge, HP made it very difficult to use their printers. I have been trying everything for several weeks. I am at the point of buying a new brand and dump HP. It maybe cheaper in the end!
