My HP envy 5000 series printer is suddenly printing only full black pages. All the software is upto date and I have performed all necessary basic solutions provided but still no help. 
Copy works ok but prints are not working.

I'd like to help!

 

You have certainly done a great job performing the required steps. 

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, then either the Ink cartridges are faulty or the printer needs to be checked
