Product: HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I was out of work for a month, couldn't pay HP, and I never saw where they could hold your printer hostage for a payment. My printer wouldn't connect so that did not help my job search. I understand that it is in the Terms and Conditions, however, that is a huge thing and I'm old and it would have been beneficial to me to get an email stating that. I tried and tried to connect my printer with no success. Maybe it could have read, "Look here old dame, your printer won't work because you need to pay" instead of letting me beat my head against it for a month. Just saying...you have to remind us old folks about such things.
