I no longer belong to the ink cartridge program because we moved to Korea.  HP prevents me from using my printer unless I belong to that program.  Will they ship cartridges to me in Korea?  I have been assigned a case number but have no idea what to do with it.  The case number is [Personal Information Removed].  My email address is [Personal Information Removed]

@1Joyanne, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I see that you are not able to use the printer. Do you get any errors?

Make sure the printer is removed from Instant Ink and deleted from the account. Refer to - Cancel Your HP Instant Ink Service

If the printer is removed from the service, you still have to perform a region reset on the printer as you moved to a different country.

For more info, refer to - Finding Ink Cartridges after Moving to Another Country/Region

This printer uses HP 63 ink cartridges in the Asia Pacific region.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
