The printer just got new HP cartridges, it prints fine. I managed to do a test print for calibration on my Macbook Pro and it printed black and white AND color just fine. But I didn't have the option to print in color when I tried to print an image of my own.

So then I switched to my windows 11 PC and after some finagling I managed to get it to print. But whenever I try to print anything of my own in color, it doesn't stop idling. It prints black and white just fine when I did a print through Microsoft Word, but color doesn't even get sent to the printer(even if I try to print the image through Word).

I've already done troubleshooting like unplugging while off, restarting my computer, I have the latest drivers as far as I know. I ran HP doctor, I have HP Smart. My printer is plugged into the computer through USB, not wireless. And couldn't find any issues. I also did a test print through HP Print and Scan Doctor and it successfully printed the color page. So I have no idea why it won't let me print my own materials in color.
