Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 15.0 Sequoia

I HAVE A REPLACEMENT printhead (HP OEM - from HP) for my Officejet pro 7740 but no setup cartridges. It is useless without the cartridges. I ordered a non HP printhead through Amazon that said it came with cartridges but it did not, so I sent it back. So I am sitting with a non-functional printer and no way to make it functional without setup ink cartridges. Is there a way to allow the machine to setup using regular cartridges? Is there any way to obtain setup cartridges? This would seem like an easy problem to fix, but I am stymied. Trying to contact HP support by phone has proven fruitless. I have not been able to reach any humans in spite of repeated attempts.

What part number did you use when ordering because the correct part number M0H91A is a kit that is supposed to come with inks and I see numerous online sellers that list this part number as such. Some models do have a bypass but that information would come directly from HP. I have escalated your post to the moderation team in hopes that they can have someone reach out to you.
