HP Deskjet 3522 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

HP 3522 printer will not print black ink, even after loading a new HP black cartridge.  

After running all diagnostics, printer screen shows Alignment Page Not Detected;  screen shows Black ink is full, and blue ink is almost empty ... yet printer can print Blue ... but not Black.

How di I fix?

I tried all the diagnostic suggestions, and still, even with another brand new HP black ink cartridge, the printer will not print any black ink.

The suggestion did not help, and the diagnostics did not indicate what is wrong.
