HP Recommended

Just bought new ink HP 564 for my printer and am getting an error message for the blue cartridge.  Have taken the cartridge in and out multiple times and have turned the printer on and off too. It was working fine with the previous cartridges.  Any suggestions on doing something that will make the printer work again? Thanks!
