HELP PLEASE -   GOING CRAZY WITH THIS AND TRYING TO GET TO SPEAK TO AN ACTUAL PERSON AT HP IS PROVING IMPOSSIBLE and their WhatsApp Support channel is not responding either.  (customer service certainly not what it was)

I am using an HP7740 A3 printer for several years and always using original HP ink cartridges.

However, since few weeks, the printer is showing the following error message related to the Blue ink cartridge: 'This printer is not designed to use continuous ink systems.  To resume printing remove continuous ink system and install original HP (or compatible ) cartridges' and I can no longer print.
All three color cartridges are still about 75% filled with ink and I am *NOT* an HP Instant Ink customer ... I buy original ink cartridges myself, hence I'm surprised by the error message shown.
I've gone through the full list of checks and actions suggested by HP Support's Virtual Agent but problem is not fixed.
I noticed latest printer software update dates end October 2022 so I'm suspicious this might be causing this issue.
Does anyone know how to fix this please (and I hope not having to throw away cartridge full of ink) ?

In the end I have replaced the original - but problematic - cartridge with another new original catridge and now printer is working again.

Thanks for bringing my issue to the attention of an 'appropriate team within HP' but when can I expect a first feedback on a) HP Support confirming my issue as a known problem and b) steps to resolution?
