My black ink will only print partial lines. I have cleaned the print heads automatically many times and have the same results. I printed a document perfectly then the next document only printed certain lines. I thought the ink was out so I replaced it and have the same results, if not worse. HELP!

@JulieBoughter, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand the print quality of the black ink cartridge is not satisfactory. Make sure you are using HP ink cartridges.
Perform the steps mentioned in this document - No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues
Check the ink levels, clean the ink cartridge(black) up to 2 times, and print a test page to check the result.
I see that you have already replaced the black ink cartridge and yet the issue is not resolved. In this case, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options.
