Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer

So i bought this HP ENVY PHOTO 7155 series 2 years ago for home and some crafting use. I subscribed for Instant Ink, it was fine but now im having problems with the print quality, theres horizontal lines on the images that i printed, smudges too. I tried all troubleshooting in the printer and does not  resolve the problem.
