Product: Go 6968 pro
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can print a photo from my iPhone good quality. When I print from my computer the printout has wide pink and blue bands. I have reinstalled drivers at least 5 times. I uninstalled printer and  deleted registry  entries. I replaced all cartridges. I cleaned printheads several times.

I set up a separate Microsoft account and installed printer there. Microsoft support reinstalled windows 10. 
nothing works. 

why is the print perfect from iPhone over wireless but not from my computer? If I buy a new printer will I have these same issues?

A friend fixed my window 10. Printer now working. I am not sure how.
