Welcome to the HP User Community.
When you cancelled the service, the Instant Ink cartridges will have locked after the final termination of the subscription.
Instant Ink cartridges cannot be used in any printer outside of the subscription.
All Instant Ink cartridges must be removed from the printer and replaced with a purchased set of HP ink cartridges.
The un-used cartridges should be returned to HP using the envelope that came with the ink when it was delivered.

IF you want to re-enroll, you can do so.
A subscription is not mandatory to use your printer.
Contact Instant Ink Support via the phone number at the website.
You can also find the phone contact information in the Terms of Service contract.
