I started refilling my own ink and my HP desk jet 2710 that uses HP 305 cartridges when replaced sends an error that they are not HP original cartridges. Well, they ARE , they're just refilled. How can I reset the memory and make this error go away?
I appreciate any help.

To reset the ink levels you will need to replace the cartridges with new genuine HP cartridges.
While the printer may print with refilled cartridges the ink levels will not be correct.
"Genuine HP cartridges" refer to both the circuitry and the ink. Once a cartridge is refilled it is a refilled cartridge, it is no longer a genuine HP cartridge.
The printer has no way of knowing how much ink is in a refilled cartridge it will not be able to estimate ink levels or pages remaining.

The only page counters I know of in HP printers count total pages since the printer is first manufactured. I used to keep track of the page counts whenever I put new cartridges in a printer. I do not know of any way to reset the page counters.
