Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How do I activate the 5 month free "instant Ink" promotion for my new Envy 7134

As seems to be very common, looking at the number of messages online, the promotion for 5 months credit for "Instant ink" does not seem to work and is not automatically allocated when a new printer is added and not activated to my new account.

Please advise how this can be added to my account.
