It was supposed to be 2023_new_printer. It is missing the r. I see where to change the avatar and I tried clicking under the avatar at edit, but it does not go to screen name. There's really no board for registration problems, so my next issue is with the missing 6 month free ink offer that was in the new printer. I already found an answer for that and clicked that I had that same question, so I guess someone will address that.
