Hi
I bought a printer in Israel and moved to the United States. I bought 962 ink cartridges but the printer does not accept them because of the area defined in the printer. I need to change area
The printer is new and is under warranty. OfficeJet Pro 9013

HP Recommended

You will need to Contact HP to request a "Regionalization Reset". There should not be any charge for this, it is covered as part of the cartridge warranty. You will need to have access to your computer and printer while on the line with HP. You will also need to have a complete set of cartridges for the new region, once the reset is complete cartridges from the original region will no longer work.  HP's web page on the subject is here.  

 

I have also seen reports of success from folks who post a private message on the HP Facebook Support page and request a "Regionalization Reset".
