I am getting print head errors.  I have cleaned the print head multiple times.  Followed the protocol from the virtual support assistant.  Also followed print head cleaning/unclogging in google search.  Cyan Color not filling in on bottom of report that prints after print head cleaning.  Colors I am getting on the bottom are Cyan(block only partially filled), Pink, Yellow, Pink with horizontal smudges of cyan, Yellow with horizontal smudges of cyan, and Orange.  Printer is circa 2019.  Have tried "clearing printing smudge".  Cannot align print heads because the printed report to scan for alignment does not have enough cyan print to register.  Are the print heads on this printer replaceable?  And at what cost.  Or is it just as efficient to replce this 5 YO printer?
