Hi @JiMiLi,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP DeskJet 4515 printer is stuck on the "Ink Cartridge Problem" screen, you can try the following steps to reset the printer and potentially resolve the issue.

  1. Turn off the Printer:

    • Make sure the printer is turned on, and then press the Power button to turn it off.
  2. Disconnect Power:

    • Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
  3. Remove Ink Cartridges:

    • Open the printer cover and remove the ink cartridges.
  4. Inspect Cartridges:

    • Check the ink cartridges for any visible issues. Make sure they are properly installed and are not damaged.
  5. Clean Cartridge Contacts:

    • If there is any dirt or residue on the cartridge contacts, gently clean them with a lint-free cloth.
  6. Reinstall Cartridges:

    • Reinstall the ink cartridges into their respective slots.
  7. Reconnect Power:

    • Plug the power cord back into the printer.
  8. Turn On the Printer:

    • Press the Power button to turn on the printer.
  9. Check for Error:

    • Check if the printer still displays the "Ink Cartridge Problem" error. If the issue persists, you may need to perform a more thorough reset.
  10. Perform a Semi-Full Reset:

    • Some HP printers have a semi-full reset option that can be performed to reset the printer to its default settings. Please note that this may vary depending on the printer model. Consult your printer manual or HP support for instructions on how to perform a semi-full reset.
  11. Update Firmware:

    • Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Sometimes, updating the firmware can resolve certain issues. Visit the official HP website, search for your printer model, and download the latest firmware if available.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
