Thank you for your message, and I’m truly sorry for how long this has taken and for the frustration this has caused you. We completely understand why you’re upset, especially after more than a month, following every instruction, sharing screenshots, and even purchasing a new USB cable as advised. That is not the experience we want you to have with HP, and we sincerely apologize for the delay.
 

We do have the screenshots and the details you’ve already shared, and we appreciate your patience and effort in working through this. At this stage, the remaining reason the reset code has not yet been issued is that we still need to confirm your region/country. This is required because reset codes are region-specific, can only be generated once, and will only work when issued for the correct market.
 

To move this forward immediately, please reply (or share in a private message) with:

  • Your country/region
  • Confirmation that the printer is connected via USB to the computer (as already requested)

Once we have the region confirmed, we can proceed with generating and sharing the one-time reset code needed to resolve this issue.
 

We truly appreciate your patience despite the long wait, and we do want to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make this right.

I did send you this info weeks ago in your private message, so I'm now resending it in the public discussion. The info you have requested again is as follows;

 

The printer was bought in Trinidad and Tobago but is now being used in Pompano Beach, Florida, United States.

 

The cartridge previously used in Trinidad was 667. The cartridge available locally in Pompano Beach is 67.

 

As you are already aware and per your instructions, an Hp USB printer cable was purchased weeks ago and connected to the printer and the computer. 

 

We had burrow an Epson printer for the entire Christmas season just to get our documents printed.
