Product: HP 96 black
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan
I have inject 96 black printer cartridge that is been in use less than 90 days and printed 50 pages max. I went thru all the troubleshooting rec thru virtual help. I want to submit a warranty claim for this faulty printer cartridge. It worked 1 week ago.

Kindly elaborate on what the issue is with the ink cartridge to assist you better.
Do you get any errors?
What model printer are you using?
